Case 1 - Endo and crown

CC:

Patient 30 years old, attended as an emergency regarding pain on 36 (deep carious lesion - Irreversible pulpitis). She also had broken tooth (35 - already RCT) and unfinished RCT on 14. She was concerned about aesthetic of her teeth especially 34 (dark shade) and wanted to do tooth whitening.

Treatment:

 1- 36 RCT (4 canals)

4- Removing the restoration of already root treated 34 (to assess the remaining tooth structure and remove the old amalgam -core material underneath the old  composite). Tooth restored back with luxacore. This, temporarily addressed patient's concern about dark shade until she received definitive restoration later on.
